This 4 day introductory-level course covers the basic skills needed to prepare, offer and accept shipments of hazardous materials by ground and air.  HMT-130 capitalizes on the harmonization between the HMR and DGR to combine two separate courses (HMT-100 and HMT-200) into one 4-day session reducing training costs, travel expenses and time out of the office.  Instruction will focus on non-bulk packages.
